DAWSON, IL – Becky Lynn Bumgardner, 45, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Memorial Medical Center.

She was born September 11, 1972, to Richard and Linda (Yates) Packingham. She married Larry Bumgardner on October 15, 1994, in Springfield. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard.

Becky was the owner/operator of Becky's Home Daycare. She was a billet for the Springfield Jr. Blues. She enjoyed hockey, camping, racing, ATV's, canoeing, softball, bowling and volleyball. She enjoyed time spent with family and friends, hosting annual parties and shopping with the girls.

She is survived by her husband, Larry; daughters, Ambrielle and Sarah Bumgardner; mother, Linda (Scott) Cox; step-mother, Donna (Louie) Vercellotti; mother-in-law, Pam (Ronald) Fickes; siblings, Ruth Kriener, Rex (Tonya) Packingham, Tracy (Tom) Merz, Jason (Frannie) Packingham, Amber (Andy) Powell and Theresa (Brett) Seiber; brother-in-law, Craig Bumgardner; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation: 4-7 p.m. Thursday, March 29, 2018, at South Tower Community Church, 1350 South Tower Road, Dawson.

Memorial Service: 10 a.m. Friday, March 30, 2018, at South Tower Community Church, 1350 South Tower Road, Dawson, with Reverend Charles Carver, Jr. officiating. Inurnment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
