With deep sadness and loving remembrance, we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother Bonnie Marie Hinrichs, who left us peacefully at the age of 83.

She was a remarkable woman who left a legacy of kindness, patience, unwavering love and optimism that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Bonnie was the heart and guiding light of our family.

She is survived by her husband, Guy Hinrichs; son, Keith (Terri) Hinrichs; granddaughters, Kayla (Jaykob) Kiefer and Jodi (David) Thomas; great-granddaughter, Kinsley Marie Kiefer; and brother, Bob Spoor.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Ron; and sisters, Shirley, Barb and Sandra.

We will miss her laughter, her joy and the way she made each of us feel so deeply loved.

A private family funeral will be held on April 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Plains Cemetery.

A celebration of life will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the Prairie View Reception Center, 8865 State Route $, Chatham, IL. All who knew and loved her are welcome to join us in honoring her life.
