Candy J. Rapp, 66, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at her home.

She was born August 1, 1956, to William and Patricia (Jallas) Finn. She married Martin D. Rapp, Jr. on February 14, 1997. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Brent Phillips; and brother, Roger Finn.

Candy was formerly employed by Parkway Café. She loved movies, ice cream, playing BINGO and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Martin; children, Brock (Terri) Phillips and Brandy (Tim) Black; grandchildren, Alex (Mekensi), Josh (Kayla), Samantha (Brandon), Brent, Heather, Brooke (Steffon), Brock Jr., Serenity, Therryn, Austtyn and Khristina; six great-grandchildren; brother, Mike (Mary) Cass; sister, Sherrie Burdue and Carmel Danenburger; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Monday, January 23, 2023, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home, with Rev. Mark Gifford officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Animal Protective League.
