SPRINGFIELD, IL – Carl T. Yustus, 85, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at Memorial Medical Center.

He was born October 26, 1932, to Peter and Dorothy (Baumgardner) Yustus, both of whom preceded him in death. He married Beverly Oettle on April 26, 1953, in Springfield and she preceded him in death.

Carl was a US Army veteran. He retired as an engineer for Sangamo Electric.

He is survived by his children, Dan Yustus, Paul Yustus and Carla (Yustus) Ogden; grandchildren, Zack Yustus and Chelsea Ogden; sister, Connie (Robert) Keller; and niece, Cheri (Keller) Woods.
