SPRINGFIELD, IL – Cindy J. Tibbs, 61, passed away Wednesday February 17, 2021.

She was born December 31, 1959, to John and Deloris (Padgett) Tibbs. She was preceded in death by her mother and a brother, Kenneth Tibbs.

Cindy enjoyed gardening and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her sons, Ryan Edwards and Josh Edwards; grandchildren, Travis, Andrew, Akzana and Zakkary; father, John Tibbs; brother, JT (Lora) Tibbs; three nieces, Kylea, Kara and Kelsey; and her beloved fur child, Wolfy.

A memorial gathering will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
