Cynthia "Cindy" L. A. Casper, 62, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2023 at Carlinville Rehab.

She was born September 1, 1960 to Joseph and Elizabeth (Candage) Casper. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Steven Casper; and sister-in-law, Robin Casper.

Cindy was a Special Olympian for 45 years, competing in bocce ball, baseball, bowling, frisbee and shot put.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews

Visitation will be held 10:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2023, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park.
