ROCHESTER – Cynthia L. Mann, 75, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

She was born June 27, 1951, to Harold and Lucille (Camel) Mann; both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her uncle, Cpl. Wilbur Mann, who was killed in action during WWII; and a nephew, Harold Gene Pankey, Jr.

Cynthia retired from the State of Illinois. She was a longtime member of St. John’s Lutheran Church. She loved traveling Michigan and was an avid collector of Hummels.

She is survived by her nieces who she loved like daughters, Kathy (Curt) Cisco and Jennifer (Bob) Salmon; great-nieces and nephews, Jesse (Alex) Cisco, Jacob (Megan) Cisco, Jenna (Mason) Katterhenry and Bobby (Sydney) Salmon; great-great-nieces and nephews, Jeremiah, Sophie, Peter, Jace and Sawyer; and numerous special friends.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
