ASHLAND - Deborah L. Hooker, 69, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025, at St. John's Hospital.

She was born November 19, 1955, to James and Betty (Mitchell) Harris. She married Dennis Hooker on September 2, 1995. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis; and mother, Betty.

Debbie attended Grace Baptist Church.

Debbie is survived by her father, James; sister, Cheri Harris Moore (Steve); nieces, Kristin Dyer and Deanna Kramer; great-niece, Ava Kramer; great-nephew, Brosnan Kramer; aunts, Virginia "Tiny" Morgan, Ivajean Mitchell and Marie Harris; and several cousins.

Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of a funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Friday, August 1, 2025, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home with Pastor Marty Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Butler National Cemetery.
