She was an excellent planner and organizer. However, one of her greatest passions was caring for her granddaughter, Lindsey. She lovingly dedicated time and attention to ensure that Lindsey was well cared for. That same love and concern continued with her great-granddaughter, Jacinda, whom Joannie adored.
Joannie leaves to cherish her memory, two precious daughters, Debra (Ben) Phillips and Krista (Clarence) Voichoskie; four granddaughters, Tracy, Becky, Pamela and Lindsey (Ryan) Miller; one grandson, Christopher; one great-granddaughter, Jacinda Nicole Miller; one great-grandson; two nephews; other relatives and a host of dear friends.
Joannie was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Paul Liebig; her parents, Alvin and Treva Palmer; her only sister, Edith "Darlene" Ziemba and her grandparents.
Throughout her life, Joannie continually placed the interests of others ahead of her own. Her fine example of loving kindness and generosity will always be remembered. We look forward to the time when we can welcome her back in the resurrection and the earthly paradise promised by Jehovah God.
