SPRINGFIELD, IL – Delores M. Sullivan, 68, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019, at her niece's home in Lebanon.

She was born June 3, 1951, to Melvin and Gertrude (Voepel) Bishop. She married William D. Sullivan on August 10, 1974. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; sisters, Helen Holder and Shirley Bishop; brothers, Melvin "Ed" Bishop, Jr., Frank Bishop, John Bishop and Loren "Sarge" Bishop; and nephews, Michael Bishop and Doug "D.J." Smith.

Delores retired from the State of Illinois, Department of Revenue.  She was a member of Living Water Church.  She enjoyed spending time with family, reading and watching Hallmark movies.

She is survived by her sister, Mary (Ron) Smith; brothers, Ted (Karen) Bishop and Tony Bishop; sister-in-law, Kay Bishop; nieces, Lynda (Lance) Ott, Christie (Christine) Bishop, Amanda (Chris) VanAllen, Joanna Prieto and Angie; nephews, Johnny (Liz) Bishop, Wayne Bishop, William Bishop, Rick (Stacey) Holder, Jack Holder (Allison), Timothy Bishop (Alexis) and Richie; great-nieces, Alexandrea Ott (Brendan), Amelia, Hattie, Kiersten, Jaymi, Barbara, Cheyenne, Nina, and Helena; great-nephews, Jordan, Nathan (Kelly), Dalton, Brandon, Christian and Aaron; and great-great-nieces, Jade, JayLynn, Aurionna and Karissa.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 14, 2019, at Living Water Church, 2901 Sangamon Ave., Springfield, Illinois. Dr. Robert Armstrong will officiate.
