ATHENS, IL – Eliza Mae Boarman received her angel wings on Friday, December 8, 2023, at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

Eliza was the daughter of James and Sara (Graber) Boarman. She is also survived by her sister, Anna E. Boarman; maternal grandmother, Connie L. Graber; paternal grandmother, Tina M. Boarman; paternal grandfather, James H. Boarman; maternal aunt, Corinne E. Graber; and paternal aunt, Claire M. Boarman.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, William D. Graber.

A memorial gathering will be held from 4:30 p.m. until the time of a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. Friday, December 15, 2023, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home with Chaplain Jon Bormann officiating.
