RIVERTON – Frank E. Krakosky, 63, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023, at OSF St. Anthony's Hospital in Alton.

He was born March 20, 1959, to Francis N. and Cecelia (Supchak) Krakosky. He married Rhonda Hurley on August 17, 2002, in Springfield. She preceded him in death on April 20, 2021. He also was preceded in death by his parents; step-mother, Mildred Krakosky; and son-in-law, Jake Carlberg.

Frank enjoyed watching football, baseball and racing. He also enjoyed gardening, feeding the birds and spending time with his dog, Sydney. Frank was a selfless person and would do anything for anyone.

He is survived by his children, Frankie Krakosky, Glenna Carlberg (Nate), Jennifer Stevens (Ben) and Todd Jones (Trina); grandchildren, Josh (Cierra), Trevor, Deanna, Taylor, Tucker, Lyssa, Ian and Gavin; great-grandchildren, Triton and Nalah; brother, Robert Krakosky; sister, Diane Krakosky; step-sisters, Sharon Pysher (Ken), Marla Stanley and Cheri Krofink (Jim); step-brother, Brett Schenck; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Sydney.

Per Frank's wishes, no services are planned.
