SPRINGFIELD, IL – Harold "Butch" Eugene Kendall, 74, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022, at his home.

He was born April 15, 1948, to Harold E. and Blanche (Stine) Kendall both of whom preceded him in death. He married Patricia Dralle on February 14, 1970, in Melrose Park.

Butch was a US Navy veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He was a semi-driver for Capitol Group for 36 years, retiring in 2011. He loved music and playing and recording CDs and DVDs. He was a member of St. Cabrini Catholic Church and the VFW.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughters, Kimberly Trent (Jayne Lubinski) and Kimberly Borzym (Jeannie Jaeger); brothers, Greg Kendall and Glen Kendall and Mark (Rhonda) Fleming; sister, Linda (Wendell) Hollinshead; step-father, Stew Fleming; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 9, 2022, at St. Cabrini Catholic Church, with Reverend Kevin Mann officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Butler National Cemetery.
