SPRINGFIELD, IL – Jacqueline J. Langley, 84, passed away Monday, July 24, 2023, at her home.

She was born December 12, 1938 to Merle and Julia (King) Gibbs. She married Lloyd "Dean" Ulm and together they had three children, Mike (Polly) Ulm, Lori (Bill) Copp and Eric Ulm. She later married Lawrence "Larry" Langley, and he survives, in addition to his children, Edward (Nikki) Langley and Douglas (Katie) Langley. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Sawyer, Andrew and Rachel; step-grandchild, Chole; and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Eric Ulm; sister, Nancy Ginder; and step-son, Daniel Langley.

Jacqueline retired from the State of Illinois after 20 years of service. She enjoyed gambling, playing cards and playing Bunco with her friends. She also was an avid doll collector.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Memorial Home Hospice nurses for the care and support provided to Jacqueline and the Langley family.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023, at Roselawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Animal Protective League.
