Jimmy passed away peacefully June 29th, 2018, at his home, surrounded by family and friends.

The son of Joseph and Georgia Toigo, Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; infant brother, Joseph Toigo; sister, Debbie Mitchell; brother, Daniel "Danny" Toigo; and brother, Joseph "Joey" Toigo.

Jimmy is survived by his sister, Vicki (Bill) Fahey; sister, Connie Olshefsky; brother, Johnny Toigo; sister, Tina Toigo; sister, Tara Toigo; brother, Joey (Brittany) Toigo; sister, Amber Godfrey-Toigo; brother, Paul Toigo; an uncle; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Jimmy was truly loving, caring and giving more than words can say, to his family and friends. He was a die-hard Cubs fan. Jimmy will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Sunday, July 22, 2018, at Casey's Pub at Knights of Columbus, 2200 Meadowbrook Road in Springfield.

Private burial will be at a later date.
