DIVERNON – Janice Kay McCoy, 69, passed away Friday, March 14, 2025, at St. John's Hospital.

She was born February 1, 1956 to George and Delores (Farkas) Bresney. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Eric Scott; and sisters, Karen Pollett, Linda Ebner and Susan Angelico.

She enjoyed gardening, cooking and debating politics.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Kayla) Pearce, David Beale, Ashley Svoboda and Janae Pearce; grandchildren, Haley Pearce, Hannah Pearce, Nicholas Pearce, Austin Pearce and Madison Pearce; great-granddaughter, Jazzmen Broadway; and several nieces and nephews.

Per her wishes, no services are planned.
