SPRINGFIELD, IL – Jennifer N. Jordan, 47, passed away Sunday, September 16, 2018, at St. John's Hospital.

She was born July 16, 1971, to William E. and Linda C. (Weller) Jordan, Sr. She was preceded in death by her father, William; step-father, Richard; grandparents; great-grandparents and uncle, Delbert Jordan.

Jennifer was a homemaker. She volunteered with several charitable groups and organizations and was active in fundraisers. She enjoyed Harley Davidsons, going to music concerts and watching movies.

She is survived by her fiancé, Mitch Mackay; son, Daniel Woods; mother, Linda McCarty; siblings, Lori (Scott) Dunn, William Jordan, Jr. and Melissa (Aaron) Beard; many special nieces and nephews, including Zoey Beard and Wyatt Jordan; aunts and uncles, Bonnie Jordan, Barb and Harry Paul and Judy and Jerry Miller; and cousins, Michael, Jeff and Chris Jordan, Sherry Carrigan, Clint Paul, Michael (Samantha) Grant, Kenny (Melissa) Grant, Jeff Grant, Jeremy Grant and Josh (Ashley) Grant.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 20, 2018, at Real Life Church with Reverend Clint Cook officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family of Jennifer Jordan to assist with funeral expenses.
