SPRINGFIELD, IL – Judith Kathleen "Kaye" Ward, 73, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018, at Memorial Medical Center.
She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on April 22, 1944, to Joseph and Margaret (Nusbaum) Pernitsch.
Kaye was a very spiritual person who focused on spiritual healing and self-help.
She is survived by her children, Michael (Shannon) Ward, Kathleen O'Brien, Joseph Ward and Peter (Pamela) Ward; seven grandchildren, Steven, Charlotte, Kevin, Reanna, Kendra, Heather and Noah; sisters, Susan (Ron) Hines and Sharon (Rick) Jacobs-Manick; three nieces and a nephew.
Memorial Gathering: 2 – 4 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home.
