SPRINGFIELD – Kimberley Ann Pappas, 65, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Arc at Sangamon Valley.

She was born August 23, 1960, to Michael and Janet (Pickard) Conder, Jr., both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Peter Pappas; sister, Sandy Conder; and nephew, Michael Conder IV.

Kimberley was a former co-owner of Dealer's Choice Lounge and was part of the family owned business, Yanni's Gyros for 15 years prior to her retirement. She was a member of St. Anthony's Hellenic Greek Orthodox Church.

She is survived by her son, John Pappas; grandchildren, Kamryn Pappas, Mikos Pappas and Myles Pappas; brother, Mike Conder III; one niece and one nephew.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home with Father George Pyle officiating. Private family burial will be held at a later date in Virden Cemetery.
