SPRINGFIELD – Margaret W. Cisco, 104, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at Regency Care.

She was born March 11, 1919 to Frank and Clara (Austin) Russell. She married Amos Cisco in 1937 in Waynesville, IL.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Amos; children, Gary Cisco, Bobby Cisco and Linda Maloney; and siblings, Oscar, Reatha, Rosa, Flossie, Charles and Sylvia.

Margaret formerly worked as an inspector for Paris Cleaners. She was a member of Lakeside Church of Christ.

She is survived by her children, David (Marilyn) Cisco and Chris Anders; sister, Myrtle Tremain; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home with Marilyn Cisco officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
