RIVERTON, IL – Mark K. Myers, 64, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born December 6, 1956, to Dorothy Mae (Eichen) Myers. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Myers. He married Sara Gathard Kerske on March 4, 2005.

Mark was self-employed. He enjoyed fishing, camping and playing cards.

He is survived by his wife, Sara; daughter, Autumn Myers; daughter-in-heart, Brittany Swiecicki; mother, Dorothy Mae Bristow; siblings, Peggy Myers, Stephen Myers and Teresa Swiecicki; step-siblings, Terry Bristow, Ronnie Bristow, Melvin Bristow, Melinda Grabbe and Charlotte Yinger; several nieces and nephews; special great-nieces, Nicholynn and Laurel; and his beloved dog, Annie.

A memorial gathering will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of a memorial service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home. Private family burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Myers family to assist with medical expenses.
