SPRINGFIELD – Mark A. Patrick, 71, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025, at his home.

He was born on July 29, 1953 in Springfield, the son of Don and Urma Patrick. He married Linda Steinhour on August 20, 1977.

He is survived by his wife, Linda; three sons, Doug of Springfield, Jeff (Cortney) of Edwardsville and Nathan of Houston; two granddaughters, Emersyn and Reese; brother, Rick (Jennifer) of Alton; brother-in-law, Bill Steinhour (Beth) of Glenarm; and several nieces and nephews.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Judy Edwards.

He owned and operated Patrick Company in Springfield and later retired from Henson Robinson Company in 2018. He loved Mustangs and served on various car committees over the years. He was a member of Chatham Baptist Church.

Cremation rites will be accorded. Per Mark's wishes, no services will be held.
