SPRINGFIELD – Mark A. Talkington, 65, passed away October 28, 2022, at his home.
He was born March 12, 1957, to Russell and Henrietta (Peters) Talkington. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Nancy.
Mark retired from the State of Illinois.
He is survived by a son, Christopher Talkington.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Virden Cemetery, with Pastor Mark Doane officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Autism Society.
