SPRINGFIELD, IL – Nancy L. Sanges, 75, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 2, 1947 to Robert Lee and Edith (Harlan) Hibbs. She married James Sanges on September 7, 1963.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James; daughter, Karla Fay "Dink" Sanges; and sister, Carolyn Baker.

Nancy enjoyed gardening, watching westerns and camping.

She is survived by her children, Jimmy Sanges and Kellie (Robert) Carlisle; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; half-brother, Jack Clark; and brother-in-law, Harry Sanges.

A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12 p.m. Monday, October 10, 2022, at the Oak Ridge Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel with Reverend Mark Gifford officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
