SPRINGFIELD, IL – Norma M. Link passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018, at The Bridge Care Suites.

She was born in Grand Chain, to Norman and Minnie (Gaunt) Boyd. She was a resident of Springfield since 1942. She married William J. Link in 1949 and he preceded her in death in 1983. A son, Boyd Link, preceded her in death in 2005.

Mrs. Link was a member of St. Agnes Church, St. Agnes Altar Society, St. Louise de Marillac Guild, Christian Women's Club and AARP.

Mrs. Link attended ISU at Normal and was employed by the State of Illinois for forty years. She was a secretary at the Executive Mansion for Gov. Dwight Green and worked in the Space Rental Department of the Illinois State Fair for 28 years, retiring in 1987.

Surviving are grandsons, Adam and Joseph Link; and great-grandsons, Ethan and Corbin Link.
