She was born July 17, 1928, to William and Elma (Goodman) Craig. She married William Minser on January 3, 1948 and he preceded her in death on February 10, 1992. She was also preceded in death by three sons, John, Craig and Robert “Robby”; grandchildren, Lana Jean and Andrew Craig; brother, John “Jack” Craig; and sister, Margaret Jackson.

She is survived by her daughters, Janet Camp and Jeanne Minser; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Norma graduated from Lanphier High School in 1946 and was a part of the “LHS Class of 46 monthly dinners.” She worked for J.C. Penney for more than 30 years.

Norma loved her family unconditionally, enjoyed many trips to Branson, loved reading (mostly mysteries), and dearly missed her book buddy, Donna.

The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers and help during her time in hospice, especially our extended family.

A big thank you to Hands of God Hospice and all of the people there that helped us along the way.

Special thank you to her nurses, Tori and Steph, for all the patience and love you showed her.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of a funeral service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home, with David Lithgow, Hands of God Hospice, officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park.
