Patina Phillips, 41, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023.

She was born July 28, 1981, to Gary Wayne Richards and Kathleen Lou Ann Clements. She was preceded in death by her grandmother; mother, Kathleen; brother, Tommy Richards; nephews, Matt Lelys and John Stoker; and niece, Nicole Miller.

Patina was in the service industry for 22 years. She loved to write poetry, color, be with family and liked to party in her early years.

She is survived by her children, Kylie MacKenzie Phillips (Justin Jones) and Tevin Robert Phillips (Amy Tansky); step-children, Krista Stephano and Austin Vaughn; sister, Tonya Miller (Jay Miller); brothers, Jeremy Renfro (Missy) and Brandon Richards; sisters-in-law, Ginger (Bob) Kuhn and Barbara Joyce Marler; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
