SPRINGFIELD, IL – Patricia Rae DeFrates, 86, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2020, at Memorial Medical Center.
She was born August 30, 1934 to E. Ray and Helen (Johnson) DeFrates; both of whom preceded her in death.
She is survived by several cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 18, 2020, at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
