SPRINGFIELD, IL – Patricia "Patti" Kohler, 70, passed away Friday, October 18, 2019, at Memorial Medical Center.

She was born April 14, 1949, to Harold R. and Ruth (Benning) George. She married Raymond Frank Kohler on August 19, 1969 in Springfield. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Harold R. Kohler.

Patricia was formerly employed by Lake Area Disposal and Caritas Bingo Hall.  She enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading books by Nora Roberts. But her favorite thing was watching Game Show Network and cooking shows.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond F. Kohler; son, Raymond Lee "Ray Ray" Kohler; grandson, Bobby (Jonathan) Perez; great-grandchildren, Trae'lee and J'Leighona; granddaughters, Erica Kohler and Alayna Mohn; brother, Robert (Noelle) George; niece, Lisa (Josh) Thibodeaux; and great-nephews, Logan and Jackson.

A memorial gathering will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home. Eulogy will be at 12:30 p.m.
