SPRINGFIELD, IL – Patrick Dean Bilyeu, 63, passed away Monday, January 31, 2022, at his residence.

He was born June 1, 1958, to Dean and Patricia (Greenwood) Bilyeu. He was preceded in death by an infant sister, Sheila Ann Bilyeu.

Patrick was the groundskeeper for Brookhills Golf Course. He enjoyed drawing cartoons and was a great artist. He especially enjoyed riding motorcycles.

He is survived by his parents, Dean and Patricia Bilyeu; brothers, Mike Bilyeu and Danny Bilyeu; and nieces and a nephew.

A memorial gathering will be held from 3 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, February, 19, 2022, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home with Bishop Dave Bridges officiating.
