Peggy A. Offer, 73, passed away Friday, June 14, 2024.

She was born October 28, 1950 to Samuel and Mary (Powers) Hughes. She married Richard Offer, and he preceded her in death in 2022.

Peggy retired from Springfield Clinic.

She is survived by her children, Randy (Mary) Offer, Brian Offer (companion, Stella) and Lisa (Darin) Kellogg; grandchildren, Taylor, Tanner and Nathan; brother, Jerry (Julie) Hughes); three nieces; and three nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home.
