RIVERTON – Richard C. Morgan, 41, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024, at his home.

He was born January 24, 1983, to Richard V. and Susan (Gale) Morgan. He married Allison Gemoules in Springfield on May 30, 2018.

Richard was a freelance copywriter. He enjoyed writing and cats. He was one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

He is survived by his wife, Allison; son, Madoc Morgan; step-son, Declan J. Finley; parents, Richard V. and Susan Morgan; brother, Wesley Gale; one niece; two nephews; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and his cats, Pocket, Gravy, Zachary, Midnight and White Furball.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League.
