GREENVIEW, IL – Robbie L. Bollinger, 53, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021, at his home.

He was born March 25, 1967, to Bruce Dorworth and Barbara Bollinger. He married Jerri Fox on May 26, 1990, in Springfield. He was preceded in death by his mother and grandmother, Helen Bollinger.

Robbie was employed by Davis Mail Service. He was passionate about cars. He collected Hot Wheels and baseball cards. He was an avid Cubs, Bears and NASCAR fan. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Jerri; son, Mitchell (Michelle) Bollinger; grandchildren, Maggie, Marshall and Macon; aunt, Debra (Harold) Klauzer; uncle, Joe (Joanie) Bollinger; cousins, Tracie Bollinger, Rennie Bollinger, Emberly Johnson and Troy Smith; several nieces and nephews; and life-long friend, Bill Smith.

A private family service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 14, 2021, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home and may be view live at: Robbie Bollinger Funeral Service Pastor Jim Terrell will officiate. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
