SPRINGFIELD – Rosa Barbara Lucht, 97, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

She was born June 20, 1927 to Richard and Friederika (Disque) Wells. She was preceded in death by her son, Dale Lucht; daughter, Lillian Williams; and granddaughter, Amanda Williams.

Rosa worked for an insurance company and United Cerebral Palsy for many years and was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Free Church in Petersburg. She enjoyed spending time with her family and playing Bingo.

She is survived by her children, Linda Baumgartner, Lana Williams, Loice Lucht, Douglas Lucht, David Lucht and Drew Lucht; 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Per Rosa's wishes, no services will be held.
