SPRINGFIELD – Roxanne Lori Jackson, 55, passed away Monday, April 20, 2026, at her home.

She was born in Rushville on May 10, 1970 to Archie and Maria Williams; both of whom preceded her in death. She married Jerry J. Jackson on March 16, 2019.

Roxanne was a graduate of Lincoln Land Community College and previously worked as a personal assistant. She was member of Harvard Park Baptist Church and a devoted Christian with a deep love for her Lord. She was a forgiving person and her favorite sayings were "It is, what it is" and "Pick and choose your battles."

She is survived by her husband, Jerry; son, Andrew Williams; five grandchildren; step-daughters, Dawnita Jackson and Christlynn Jackson; sister, Becca Goettel; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until the time of a funeral service at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Wiseman officiating. Immediately following the service there will be a potluck dinner for family and friends at the Harvard Park Baptist Church, 2401 South 9th Street, Springfield, IL 62703
