PETERSBURG – Sean T. Kasper, 54, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023, at his sister, Jan's home.

He was born August 24, 1969 to Michael J. and Beverly (Reynolds) Kasper; both of whom preceded him in death.

Sean graduated from School for the Visually Impaired in 1990. He previously worked at Lincoln's Home. He enjoyed listening to music and watching movies. Sean loved his family and had a deep faith in the Lord. He never met a stranger and would talk to anyone.

He is survived by his siblings, Janelle Neal, Patricia "Patty" Neal, John "Todd" Kasper and Michael (Nikki) Neal; aunt, Velma Reynolds; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, September 15, 2023, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.

The family requests no flowers or plants but request memorial contributions be made to Central Illinois Food Bank.
