CHATHAM, IL – Theresa C. Howard, 48, passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021.

She was born September 18, 1972, in Cahokia, Illinois, to Alvis G. and Barbara Oakley, both of whom preceded her in passing.

Theresa was employed as the regional director of sales for DNA Lifeprint, Inc. She enjoyed singing, shopping, spending time with her grandchildren and cooking, especially her lasagna. She enjoyed worshipping and was a member of Christ Along the Way Church.

She is survived by her children, Justin (Teonia) Hamilton, Hailee Hamilton and Cassidy Hamilton; grandchildren, Taelyn, Easton and Kase; sisters, Laura (Randal) Cuttrell, Amanda (James) McCann and Cynthia Oakley; brother, Alan Oakley; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1 – 4 p.m. Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at Prairie View Reception Center 8865 State Route 4, Chatham, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made c/o Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
