SPRINGFIELD, IL – Zachary Shilo Pickford, infant son of Melissa Moore and Coady Pickford, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2019.

He was born May 19, 2019, in Springfield. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, George Moore and great-grandmother, Shirley McGrew.

Zachary enjoyed being cuddled. He smiled a lot, especially at his brother, and was always pulling at his grandma's necklace.

He is survived by his parents; a brother, Adam; grandparents, Christina Esper (John Hankins) and Mary Griffith (Michael Jenkins); several aunts and uncles, including Austin and Collin Pickford and Ashley Moore; and several cousins.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of service at noon on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home, with Rodney Fickas officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
