The following is a list of cremation options that represent the cost of our services and only the merchandise and cash advance items necessary to perform each service package. You may wish to select additional merchandise and cash advance items to meet your individual needs.

You are in no way limited to these service options. You may itemize services in order to select only those which are right for you.

These packages accommodate viewings and services prior to cremation.

Includes twenty-four hour accessibility; general and administrative expenses; arrangements conference; planning, supervising and coordinating service details with those involved in the funeral service; securing, preparing and filing necessary certificates, authorizations and consents; clerical and record keeping; embalming; other preparation of the body; transfer of remains to the funeral home with Springfield; visitation; funeral service; crematory fee; coroner's permit to cremate; rental casket; funeral coach (if applicable) and safety/lead vehicle (if applicable).

Includes above options with 2-hr. visitation, funeral, procession to cemetery and committal service

Includes above options with 1-hr. visitation, funeral, procession to cemetery and committal service

Entire service will be conducted at the selected cemetery. Does not include a gathering or procession to the cemetery

A Simple Cremation includes Direct Cremation offerings with specified requirements that must be met to receive the discount. Failure to comply with all outlined requirements listed below will result in the loss of the discount offered by Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home.

• Arrangement conference (Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.)
• No obituary preparation
• Free death notice in the State Journal-Register
• No viewing of the deceased at the funeral home (final viewing at the place of passing)
• Black plastic temporary urn
• Payment in full due at time of arrangements (processing fee added to credit card transaction)

Additional hour(s) of gathering time may be added to most cremation packages.

Service vehicle fee will be charged when memorial gathering and/or memorial service is held at a location other than the funeral home.
